1. A legal entity, in the form of :
- CV (Commanditaire Vennotschap)
- Firm
- PT (Limited Liability Company)
- Persero (Company Company)
- Perum (Public Company)
- Perjan (Jawatan Company)
- Cooperative
2. Has NPWP (Taxpayer Number)
3. Have one of the licenses issued by the Government such as:
- Trade Business Licence (SIUP) from the Trade Office
- Industrial Licence from the Industry Office
- Domestic Investment Business Licence (PMDN) or Foreign Investment (PMA) issued by the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM)
