2. Has NPWP (Taxpayer Number)

3. Have one of the licenses issued by the Government such as:

Trade Business Licence (SIUP) from the Trade Office
Industrial Licence from the Industry Office
Domestic Investment Business Licence (PMDN) or Foreign Investment (PMA) issued by the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM)
