  2. Recent color passport photo (35mm x 45mm) with white background.
  3. Financial proof for the last 3 months (bank statement/savings book), minimum IDR 50 million/person.
  4. Original bank reference letter stating account details.
  5. Photocopy of family card.
  6. Printout of ticket reservation.
  7. Sponsorship letter in English on company letterhead (if applicable), stating sponsored individuals’ details.
  8. For Indonesian citizens:
    – Photocopy of NPWP and SIUP
    – Letter on plain paper with shop stamp, NPWP, and SIUP photocopies.
