Requirements

Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months upon departure + attach old passport
The old passport must also be attached (if you have ever had a passport), if the old passport is not available (lost or withdrawn by immigration), the pax must make a statement signed on a 10000 stamp with a clear reason.
Color passport photo: size 3.5 x 4.5 cm (proportional) background must be white
