*As a premium Real Estate Agency; property rental referrals need to be of a minimum rental value of 20 million IDR per month and need to be in the following areas: Kuningan, Sudirman, Setiabudi, Sudirman, Kemang or Senayan.
*Real Estate – The 10% referral fee will be from the total of the agency fee not the property value. (Referral fee may vary depending on property value and agents fee negotiated between the vendor and LetsMoveIndonesia).
*LetsMoveIndonesia is under no obligation to list every property referred.
