Lets Move Indonesia Announces New Pricing Structure in Response to PNBP 2024

17th of January, 2025 – Aligning with the regulation change in Indonesia regarding adjustments to the Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP), or Non-Tax State Revenue in 2024, Lets Move Indonesia as the Indonesia announces a revised pricing structure for our comprehensive services.

This adjustment isn’t simply a response to regulatory changes, it reflects a reaffirmation of our commitment to delivering exceptional value through unparalleled expertise and a client-centric approach that transcends mere transactional considerations.

The recent PNBP adjustments necessitate a shift in the cost structure of immigration services across the board. While price is undoubtedly a factor, Lets Move Indonesia believes that focusing solely on cost overlooks the crucial element of expertise. In a complex and often unpredictable regulatory environment, the value of accurate advice, proactive guidance, and seamless execution far outweighs marginal price differences.

Price Adjustments and New Service Offerings for Indonesian Immigration

Following recent regulatory changes in 2024, Lets Move Indonesia has updated its pricing structure for various immigration services, including KITAS, KITAP, EPO, and ERP processes, to reflect the updated Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP), or Non-Tax State Revenue. In addition to these price adjustments, we are also pleased to announce the launch of several new services designed to further assist our clients with their Indonesian immigration needs.

New Services

Multiple Entry Tourist Visa Indonesia

This visa is designed for foreign nationals visiting Indonesia for recreational purposes. It offers a convenient solution for frequent travellers, providing multiple entries into the country with a validity of one year. Each visit is limited to a maximum stay of 60 days.

Address Mutation

This service assists foreign nationals who are relocating within Indonesia. We handle the necessary procedures to update address information on relevant immigration documents, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Passport Mutation Indonesia

This service caters to foreign nationals who have renewed their passports and require updates to their ITAS (Limited Stay Permit) or ITAP (Permanent Stay Permit) records to reflect the new passport number.

PNBP Adjustments to Existing Services

The prices for KITAS, KITAP, EPO (Exit Permit Only), and ERP (Exit Re-entry Permit) processes have been adjusted to incorporate the updated PNBP. These adjustments ensure full compliance with current Indonesian regulations.

Note: Prices include service and government fees, excluding DPKK processing.

DPKK (Expertise and Skills Development Fund) Obligation

It is important to note the mandatory requirement of the DPKK, or Expertise and Skills Development Fund, as stipulated in Article 1 point 8 of Permenaker 10/2018. The DPKK (also referred to as DKP-TKA) is a mandatory contribution paid by employers of foreign workers. This contribution serves as compensation for the employment of foreign nationals and is collected as non-tax state revenue (PNBP) or regional revenue.

Specifically, every employer employing foreign workers is obligated to pay US$100 (one hundred United States dollars) per position per person per month as DPKK. This payment is considered non-tax state revenue (PNBP) or regional revenue.

At Lets Move Indonesia, we’re not just processing your visas. Our missions facilitate strategic moves that impact businesses and shape lives. The updated PNBP requires adjustments to our pricing, but our core value proposition remains unchanged: providing unparalleled expertise and strategic counsel that empowers our clients to achieve their objectives in Indonesia.
