- Surat Permohonan dari Penjamin (Sponsorship Letter from your Sponsor/Guarantor).
- Photocopy of the Sponsor/Guarantor’s KTP (Indonesian ID Card).
- Original and photocopy of your Passport.
- Original and photocopy of your KITAS/KITAP.
- Surat Keterangan Pindah Alamat dari instansi yang berwenang (Address Change Letter from the relevant local authority, e.g., local Kelurahan or RT/RW). This is a crucial document confirming your new address.
