We are open Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
You may visit us anytime that suits you. We are the only agency in Jakarta that has a walk-in facility.
If you take the elevator up (same side as Vines Shop) to floor 2 (Food court) we are right next to the elevator.
You can also take the escalator up and we are located next to the elevator (above Vines Side).
We closed our old office in Bellagio Mall on the Upper Ground Floor in November 2022 as we needed more space.

If you are coming to Jakarta for tourism purposes (which is less than 60 days), you can use a Visa on Arrival. Please note that not all countries can use the Visa on Arrival.
